Narcissus has been blooming since December here and there in our garden.

On a day of calm weather,
I often sit on the arbour seat
and read a book.
The sun shines there until 3 o'clock during mid-winter.
Now I'm reading a book which my friend sent to me as a Christmas present.
Its title is 'Geoff Hamilton - A man and his garden'.
This biography is a tribute to the late Geoff Hamilton.
I do really enjoy this book, and I've almost read it.

真冬の時期、午後3時ごろまで日が射します.
今は、クリスマスプレゼントに友人からいただいた本を読んでいます.
タイトルは「ジェフ・ハミルトン その人物と彼がつくった庭」
この本は故ジェフ・ハミルトンを追悼した伝記です.
とても楽しく読み進め、もうすぐ読み終わります.
