POTAGER NOW (ポタジェの今)

Last weekend, we took care of our kitchen garden.
We took out all of the dead tomato plants, transplanted grown seedlings of foxglove to the flower bed of the main garden.

Small red rose hips of Rosa multiflora.  

In the pentagonal frame covered with fine metal mesh, we planted potatoes and Brassica vegetables.  We also planted asparagus (right) and flower seedlings such as California poppy (left) in other pentagonal beds.  

In other beds, we planted some vegs and sowed wild flower seeds.
